Mr. MENG Xianzheng, an employee Supervisor of the Bank.

Mr. MENG holds a master’s degree of business administration of Northwestern University. Mr. MENG is currently he chief officer of administrative affairs and the general manager of the  administrative department of the Bank. He served as the branch President of the Bank, and the general manager of the legal and compliance department of the Bank, and the general manager of the asset security department of the Bank, and the general manager of the special asset management department of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. MENG served as a loan officer of the Laixi sub-branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and the director and chairman of Laixi Urban Credit Cooperative.
