Mr. Cheung obtained double bachelor’s degree in economics and law from the University of Sydney in Australia, the qualification to practice law in Hong Kong, England and Wales, New South Wales, Australia, and the licences to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 9 (asset management) granted by Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Mr. Cheung is currently a group partner, the chief strategy officer and chief legal officer of VMS Investment Group (HK) Ltd.(鼎珮投資集團（香港）有限公司), and formerly served as a senior partner and the chief executive officer of Jedar Investment Group(驥達投資集團), a senior Counsel, the managing director and the legal director in Greater China of Morgan Stanley Legal Compliance Department for Private Investment Management (Asia Pacific), as well as the managing director of Corporate Management Department and the chief operating officer in Greater China and a senior lawyer of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer(富而德律師事務所).
