Mr. ZHOU has served as the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Haier Group. Mr. ZHOU has also served as the chairman of Haier Kaaosi Co., Ltd., and a director of Qingdao Haier Biomedical Co., Ltd. Mr. ZHOU served as the chief marketing officer, a vice president, the president, and a vice chairman of the board of Haier Group.
